Can you tell me how your service works and how to get started?
Certainly. If you live here in the city and would like delivery to your home or office you must first become a member of our collective by emailing or faxing in a copy of your doctor’s recommendation (We do NOT require a state medical cannabis card) along with a copy of your CA PHOTO ID (drivers license) to (staff@thegreencross.org) or FAX US (415.431.2420) so that we may verify it and then make you a free Green Cross member.

All of this generally takes less than an hour during regular business hours and then we can typically deliver within the hour anywhere within the city limits. Be sure and include your phone number so that we may call you back. A Green Cross membership card will be mailed to your address provided within ten working days.

I do not live in the city- may I still use your service?
Yes! Although we do not deliver outside of San Francisco city limits, we are happy to deliver your medicine to you at a safe destination within city limits.

As a CAREGIVER can I use your service?
Yes, you will first have to obtain a MMJ caregiver card from the State of CA MMJ card program through the patient you are proving care for. Then you and the patient must submit a copy of your state cards, CA I.D.’s, and a copy of the patients doctor’s recommendation so that we may verify the documents and make you both membership cards to utilize our service.

How much can I purchase at one time?
San Francisco law for allows patients and caregivers to purchase up to ONE OUNCE per delivery. If your needs are greater than one ounce you can call us back to arrange for a future delivery.
